Omakase Group has helped a varied group of organizations solve their most complex challenges, from organizational strategy to product development to technical implementations. We use a combination of methodologies that pull from traditional facilitation practices as well as influences from the creative pursuits of architecture, visual art, improv, the natural sciences and maths such as chaos theory, string theory and systems dynamics.
